ArtVSArtist – Artistic Campaign in Social Networks
The hashtag #ArtVSArtist originally started on Tumblr and Instagram but took over all social networks today. The hashtag is used by artists who reveal their face in a 9-picture-grid with their shot surrounded by their artwork. The hashtag emerged as a way to demonstrate how similar artists and their artworks can be but quickly became about a broader introduction of the artist and artwork to their audience.
